Be breast aware. If you notice a lump or other change have it
checked thoroughly using Triple Assessment
Have an annual clinical breast examination from 30 years of age.
Your doctor may notice something that you have missed
Look at your overall lifestyle and make wise choices regarding
exercise and diet to protect your health
Screening mammography at 1- 2 yearly intervals from 40 years of
age may find a cancer at an early stage and with
optimal treatment this may improve the chance of
survival
