Boosting Your Immune System

We have discussed how important your immune system is in combating
cancer.
There are some simple things that you can do to ensure that your
body can react optimally to fight your cancer.
- Reduce stress
- Make time to exercise. Choose an activity that you enjoy.
Exercise for at least 30 minutes three times a week although daily
is even better.
- Get enough sleep
- Stop smoking
- Reduce alcohol
