Regular physical exercise can reduce the risk of breast cancer.

Research suggests that you need to do 5 - 6 hours of strenuous activity such as lap swimming, aerobics or running per week to achieve this effect.

Every little bit helps. The key is getting started.

Choose an activity that you enjoy and find a time in the day that fits in with your schedule.

Regular exercise has numerous other benefits, including a reduced the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
